Course Description

 

This program is based on servicing power equipment and engines such as those found in lawn and garden equipment, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, and boats. The program is aligned with two-stroke and four-stroke cycle engine theory and principles of operation, as well as maintenance. The class is a “live” shop, in which students manage shop operations. With the everyday increase in technology, this program will teach the students fundamentals in engineering design and operation, fuel systems, electrical diagnosis, frame and suspension, brakes, light welding, and fabrication along with many other items to prepare them for employment. With this course, and the skills training provided you'll be one step closer to a career in PowerSports.
